Information We Process

To provide login, payment, and reading access, we process your email address, account identifiers, order and subscription status, purchased products, amounts, currencies, payment status, essential security logs, and basic access records.

Payment Information

Payments are hosted and processed by Stripe. Enzo Journal does not store full card numbers, CVCs, or online banking passwords. Stripe processes payment methods, billing addresses, fraud prevention, and compliance information under its privacy policy.

Service Providers

This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for account and access data services, and Stripe for payments, subscriptions, and customer portal management. Data may be processed in different regions based on these providers' infrastructure setups.

How We Use Information

We use information only to complete transactions, verify access, restore cross-device access, handle refunds and disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention and Deletion

Order and transaction records are retained as required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance; data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. You can use our contact email to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data as permitted by law.

Advertising

Free article pages may display ads served by third-party vendors, including Google AdSense. These vendors use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other websites. The homepage, About page, paid articles, and account pages do not display ads.
