Refund Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Single-Article Purchases

Digital content is generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds once payment is completed and reading access is granted. You can submit a request in cases of duplicate charges, successful payment where access remains unavailable, content materially differing from the purchase page description, or where required by applicable law.

Annual Membership

Within 7 days of your first purchase, you can request a refund if your account has not substantially accessed paid content. Within 7 days of an automatic renewal, you can also request a review if you have not used any paid content since the renewal. Billing cycles where member content has been heavily accessed, downloaded, or consumed are generally non-refundable, without affecting your rights under applicable law.

Cancel Renewal

Canceling an annual membership stops charges for the next billing cycle; it does not constitute a refund of fees for the current period. Access for the current billing cycle is generally retained until the period ends.

Access After a Refund

Once a refund, payment dispute, or reversal is successfully completed, access to the corresponding single article or membership will be revoked. The actual time it takes for funds to post to your account is determined by your bank or payment provider and is not controlled by Enzo Journal.

How to Request a Refund

Please send an email from your payment email address to imdeelyle@gmail.com, stating the purchase time, product, and issue. Do not send full card numbers, CVC, or passwords via email.
